Are you still keeping to your New Year's Resolutions?Its always hard to stick to them so if you need some help why not give us a shout. Our New Year programme is in full swing and there's pletny there to help you stick to your guns. Full details are on the Centre Classes pages and the brochure is avilable to download here. We've got all your favourites such as Spinning, Total Body Workout, Aquafit, Yoga and Rebounding. The Studio has proved to be a huge success and all the activities that took place there will be returning and we're adding a couple of new ones to the mix. Kombat, which we tried before xmas, will be running. The Teen Spin classes for 12-15 yr olds have proved to be a hit. Dont forget our Healthy Hearts programme for the over 50's and the Parent & Toddler sessions in the Learner Pool. There's something for everyone in the new programme so whatever your New Year's Resolutions, we'll help you keep them. Don't Forget....Hideaway Hall Happy Hour - Monday to Friday 4:00-5:00pm. Only £1.50 per child. Hideaway Hall Toddler Session - Under 4's Wednesday 10:00 - 11:30am. £2.20 per child includes free Tea & Coffee for parents. FOR YOUR INFORMATION |
