Birthday Parties
Once you have chosen your option, please complete a booking form available from RVLC reception. Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings over the telephone however availability can be checked.
Once the receptionist receives your booking form, a £10 deposit is required before your facilities can be reserved, if available, and you will be given confirmation slips by the receptionist. Written confirmation will also follow.
Based on the numbers that actually attend, the balance of your booking is to be paid on arrival at reception on the day of your party before the party starts. We would remind you that if your numbers change from your original estimation, this may affect the final balance owing.
If you would like RVLC to provide food for your party, please advise at the time of booking and tick the relevant box on the booking form. An additional charge of £3.25 per child will be added to your final balance.
On arrival at the centre on the day of your party, you must pay your balance before the party begins at reception. If you have asked us to provide food this must also be paid for so that the order can be phoned through and the food delivered on time.
Should you only decide on the day of the party that you want to have food provided by us, we will endeavour to accommodate such a request however, it should be noted that there is always the possibility that this may not be possible for reasons beyond our control.
Cancellations - We require at least 48 hours notice in writing of any cancellation. Provided such notice is given, a full refund of deposit will be given. No refund will be given for any party that fails to turn up for the booking.
