Once you have chosen your party option, call in or phone reception to check availability for your date. Please note that we require at least 7 days notice for party bookings and there must be a minimum of 8 children attending.
To make a booking you need to call in to the centre and complete our party booking form. We'll also take a deposit at the time of booking which will be the price of 2 children. If you wish to do this by phone, the booking form is available from the link below. Complete the form and email back to us and you can then call reception to pay your deposit by card. Please note that the booking will not be made until the deposit is paid.
Based on your actual numbers attending on the day, your balance will be due once all kids have arrived and final numbers confirmed.
We'll assign one of our party pirates to look after you when you arrive. We'll take your cake and keep it safe. As each child arrives, we'll take their food order and lead them to your party.
Once the play time is over, your party pirate will take you to your allocated party room. We'll bring in your food and then bring in the cake. The party room will have tables and chairs for the kids. The tables will be covered.
If you have ordered party bags, these will be waiting in the party room.
Face painting, if requested, will be carried out during the play portion of the party. Face painting added to Aquasplash Parties will be carried out in the party room.
When taking the option of us providing food you are no longer permitted to bring in additional food of your own for Health and Safety reasons. We can provide additional food for £2.95 per portion.
You can opt out of RVLC food provision if you wish and this will reduce the price of your party to £5.00 per child (minimum 8 children still applies). If you plan to provide your own food please note we no longer have kitchen facilities available for public use.
We require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation which should be given in writing. Provided such notice is given, your deposit payment will be refunded. Cancellations inside 48 hours or "no shows" will lose the deposit. Cancellation notice can be left at reception, faxed to 02877767947 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org Please confirm receipt.
