Total Body Workout / Fit 400 - Session
This Session is a multi excercise programme designed to improve overall fitness. You will experience a total body workout that will improve muscular strength & tone, reduce body fat and improve your physique.
The Thursday class is now FIT400 - similar in structure to TBW but the focus is to complete 400 reps during the class.
Concession card holders can also avail of these sessions.
If you've not got your card yet why not buy one at reception now. £35 for non members gets you a 10 session card that you can use not just for TBW but also for other sessions like Cardio Dance, Kettlebells, Masters Swimming & Spinning.
