Healthy Heart Aquafit - Session
This water-based aerobics session in the Learner Pool is a gentle exercise with the support of the water to reduce strain on joints. Class is taken by Tanya Young and followed by refreshments.

AS PER LAST YEAR A CLASS WILL KEEP RUNNING IN JULY AND AUGUST ON MONDAYS FROM 1 JULY TO 26 AUG EXCLUDING 15+22 JUL. 11:00AM - 11:45AM. IT WILL BE RUN AS A COURSE SO PAYMENT WILL BE NEEDED UP FRONT SO WE CAN GUARANTEE THE CLASS WILL BE ABLE TO RUN. £17.50 FOR THE 7 WEEKS IF YOU'RE OVER 50, £21 IF YOU'RE UNDER 50. AVAILABLE TO BOOK NOW AT RECEPTION.
