Aquafit Beginners - Course
A fun and exciting new way to exercise and meet new friends. These classes involve aerobics based exercises but with the support and resistance of the water resulting in all over body toning and weight loss. This class takes place in the learner pool so non-swimmers will not be out of their depth.
Price: £28.20 for 6 wk course
