Kayaking - Course
Try something different in the water. If you're a good swimmer, confident in the deep water, then why not give this a go. You'll learn all the basics to give you an insight into the sport - who knows you might even take it further once you get started.
The class is taken by Keiran McCool, a locally based fully qualified kayaking coach.
Just be sure you can swim 25m (1 length of the main pool) unaided. Confidence in the deeper water would also be a bonus.
