Advanced Adult Swimming Class for building teachniques and stamina.
Concession card holders can also avail of these sessions.
If you've not got your card yet why not buy one at reception now. £35 for non members gets you a 10 session card that you can use not just for Masters but also for other sessions like Cardio Dance, Spinning, Kettlebells & Total Body Workout.
