Health Suite
Why not relax in our Health Suite. The facilities consist of a Sauna, Steam Room and ice cold Needle Shower.
The Spa Bath is currently out of operation - please see notes on home page
There's dedicated changing, including disabled and the 90minute session also includes access to the Swimming Pools during designated public swimming sessions to help you cool off.
For Health & Safety reasons all users must be at least 16 years of age.
Dont forget, if you have a membership of the Lifestyle Fitness Suite, access to the Health Suite is included.

Lockers in the changing areas of this facility operate on a £1 coin which is refunded after use.
