Dolphin Level 5
This level will aim to get the child swimming 20 metres front & back and swim 10 metres on front using breaststroke type action. It will also introduce the leg action of the Butterfly stroke.

Dolphin Level 6
Developing stroke technique further, this level aims to have the child swimming 25 metres front crawl & backstroke, performing a kneeling dive and treading water for 15 seconds. It will also introduce more elements of the butterfly stroke.
