Rainbow Level 3
For Ages 5 years and above, this level aims to develop the basic skills and introduce techniques to aid the child to glide through the water unaided.

Rainbow Level 4
Following on from Level 3, this level aims to bring the child to a stage where they can swim 10 metres on front and back unaided. They should also be able to demonstrate a handstand from the bottom of the pool. At this stage the breaststroke action will be introduced.
