Water exercise is easy and safe during pregnancy, and can help to provide an easier delivery, a quicker recovery time and a faster loss of gained weight after the birth. We recommend you wear good supportive swimwear (t-shirt optional).
Refreshments will be provided afterwards but it is advisable to bring a bottle of water and a snack.
