The Health Suite went through an extensive refurbishment in 2015 and now boasts the latest technology providing a relaxing Sauna, Steam Room, Spa Bath and experience shower. The dedicated changing rooms were reconfigured to allow more space for changing and showering.

You can pay as you go or save yourself some money by taking out a membership.

Health Suite Opening Hours

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10:30am to 9:30pm

Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am to 9:30pm

Saturday 9:00am to 5:30pm

Sunday 2:00pm to 5:30pm

All users must first report to reception and book in regardless of membership status.

You will be issued with a keyfob on your first visit unless you are already a gym user.

This is to be brought on each visit for identification at reception and to subsequently gain access to the Health Suite.

Wristbands will also be issued at reception when you book in. These must be worn at all times during your session.

Our staff check this area frequently and you will be asked to leave if you are not wearing your wristband regardless of membership status.

***Scented Oils are not to be used in this area at any time, anyone caught in possession will be asked to leave***

Whilst the Health Suite pricing includes a free swim, this is only available during normal public swimming times.
