Swim fit is a class designed for adults who are looking to improve their stroke and build their fitness through the sport of swimming. The session is structured with a warm-up, drill set, main set, sprint set, kick set and cool down within the hour.
You do not have to be an olympic swimmer to take part as we have 3 lanes , slow, medium and fast to suit all abilities, all we ask is that you can swim 100m (4 lengths) non stop. This class is popular with triathletes and fitness enthusiasts looking to progress into triathlon.
Tuesdays 8:00 - 9:00pm
Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30pm
£4.00 per session
